
Megan P. Foreman graduated cum laude from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2006, and received her Juris Doctorate and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2009. After graduation, Megan served as a judicial law clerk to Honorable Harry F. Randow in the Ninth Judicial District Court in Alexandria, Louisiana. Megan then worked for John T. Roethele, APLC, from 2010 through 2024, focusing on the area of insurance defense.
Megan practices in the area of general civil litigation, though most of her practice is dedicated to insurance defense litigation. She is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, as well as the United States federal district courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Louisiana. She has successfully litigated cases in Louisiana district courts and appellate courts.
Megan is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Baton Rouge Bar Association, and the 21st Judicial District Bar Association.
